Your wellbeing

Gingerbread is currently trialing an online wellbeing programme for single parents. To support the programme, we also have downloadable resources to use at home to support your family’s wellbeing.

What is the wellbeing programme?

The wellbeing programme brings together groups of single parents from across England and Wales to provide them with tools to improve their own wellbeing and to equip them with the skills and confidence to support others.

We will be taking a break over the summer but the programme will return in September. Please check back for more details on how to sign up to a session closer to the time. We will also advertise the sessions in our single parent newsletter. If you would like to join our mailing list and get access to Gingerbread’s single parent community, you can sign-up now for free.
